How do I scan multiple pages? (if enabled)

1. Open the app
2. Tap "Image Scan"
3. Capture each page
4. Tap Image Counting numbers on top right area when finished

Does the app work offline?

Yes! All basic scanning and text recognition features work without internet connection. AI-enhanced features require internet connectivity.

What are AI scan credits?

AI scan credits allow you to use advanced AI features like enhanced OCR, Handwritten Recognition, Receipt formatting, math solving, and translation. Free users receive 5 credits per month, while subscribers receive 100 credits per month.

How do I subscribe to the Basic plan?

1. Open the app
2. Tap on "Settings" or look for subscription options
3. Select "Basic" plan at $2.49/month
4. Complete the purchase through Apple's payment system

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID in your device settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on [Your Name] at the top of the Settings menu.
3. Tap on Subscriptions.
4. Find Text Moment in the list of active subscriptions and tap on it.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Android: Subscriptions can be managed through your Google Play account:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions".
4. Find "Text Moment" in the list of subscriptions and tap on it.
5. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.
